LOCATION: This position is based in Manitoba (Altona/Winnipeg) SCHEDULE: Full-Time REPORTS TO: Manager, Billing DIRECT REPORTS: N/A PURPOSE OF POSITION: This position is responsible for handling insured/broker account receivables, inquiries and concerns on various billing payments, NSFs, and collections at a policy level while ensuring a high level of customer service to our broker network. KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS: Manage incoming phone calls from insureds and brokers Provide a high level of customer service when dealing with customer or broker inquiries regarding account statuses Various processing tasks (policy payments, updating banking information, etc.) Managing overdue accounts Closely work alongside the other Billing Representatives Various other duties as assigned QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS: High School Diploma 1-2 years’ experience in the Customer Service field Post-Secondary education in a related field is considered an asset Customer service orientated Excellent decision-making skills Proven teamwork and collaboration skills Strong written and oral communication skills Proven conflict management and resolution skills Ability to organize and manage information with strong attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Office Program Suite We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
