Sous la responsabilité du Superviseur mécanique, le mécanicien industriel est responsable d'effectuer les entretiens, les réparations et la maintenance des divers équipements de l'usine afin d'en assurer le bon fonctionnement.
RESPONSABILITÉS
- Inspecter, installer, entretenir et calibrer les instruments mécaniques industriels et les dispositifs connexes;
- Effectuer les entretiens, les installations et le dépannage des divers équipements fixes et roulants de la production, ainsi que certains périphériques;
- Exécuter les ordres de travail en lien avec le plan d'entretien préventif, prédictif et correctif des installations de l'usine;
- Proposer des solutions lors de bris ou de non-performance d'équipements et procéder aux essais mécaniques pour identifier les éventuels problèmes;
- Rédiger des rapports avec justesse et colliger les informations dans le système SAP.
COMPTÉTENCES ET APTITUDES
- Facilité à travailler en équipe et bonne capacité de communication;
- Capacité d'analyse, de résolution de problèmes et de priorisation;
- Sens de l'initiative, autonomie et débrouillardise;
- Connaissance et respect des normes de sécurité.
EXIGENCES
- DEC en génie mécanique ou maintenance industrielle ou DEP en mécanique industrielle ou DEP en soudure;
- De deux à dix ans d'expérience en maintenance industrielle, selon le niveau de scolarité;
- Disponible jour et nuit sur un horaire 4-5-5-4.
