Reporting to the Director, Ancillary Services, the Marketing and Revenue Coordinator provides integrated administrative, marketing, website, and systems support across Ancillary Services. The role coordinates promotional activities, administers the student meal plan system, maintains Ancillary Services' web presence, and supports revenue-generating and project initiatives. The position operates with independence under broad departmental objectives and contributes directly to service visibility, operational continuity, and revenue performance.

Duties:

  • Coordinate and submit Ancillary Services promotional content across institutional marketing channels in collaboration with MarComm.
  • Draft, edit, and format marketing copy and basic promotional materials for Food Services, Campus Store, Catering, and Event Services.
  • Maintain and update all Ancillary Services webpages, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with institutional standards.
  • Administer the student meal plan system, including account management, reporting, troubleshooting, and coordination with IT and Finance.
  • Monitor usage and revenue-related data and prepare summary reports to support operational decision-making.
  • Support implementation of Ancillary Services initiatives by tracking timelines, communications, and deliverables.
  • Assist with planning and coordination of promotional activities and outreach events.
  • Provide confidential administrative support to the Director, including scheduling, correspondence, and preparation of reports and briefing materials.
  • Compile and format financial and operational data for internal reporting.
  • Serve as a point of contact for Ancillary Services inquiries and coordinate responses as appropriate

Required Qualifications:

Two-year diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field and a minimum three years' experience in a complex organizational environment. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

  • Demonstrated experience with web content management systems or comparable digital content platforms.

  • Experience supporting marketing or communications initiatives.

  • Experience administering systems or managing operational data.

  • Strong written communication and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new software systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a post-secondary or public sector environment.
  • Experience supporting revenue-generating operations.
  • Experience coordinating cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Ability to compile, format, and present financial and operational data.
  • Familiarity with Ancillary Services operational portfolio
