Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of part-time Student Grocery Clerk (2 Positions) at our Food Store location in La Ronge, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Grocery Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
- Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives with a strong customer focused approach.
- Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
- Serve guests, pack groceries, stock and face shelves, cart retrieval.
- Ensure to keep a clean and well-maintained department; clean up breakage and spills, clean shelves, bins and displays as needed, and keep aisles free of debris.
- Monitor code dates to always ensure the freshest inventory on the shelf; follow FIFO.
- Maintain a constant alert against the unauthorized removal of merchandise.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and Customer Service:
- You are honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented, and are proud of the work that you do.
- You are strongly service oriented and motivated, and capable of assisting customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
- You are well organized and capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision.
- You are familiar with Food Safe procedures and practices.
- Ability to lift and load products; extensive physical labour is required including lifting of 25-50lbs, climbing ladders and kneeling.
- You have the ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment.
- You have a flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.
