Restoration Project Manager
About the role
Adecco is actively seeking a skilled Restoration Project Manager to join a dynamic team in Calgary, AB. This full-time role offers a salary of $80,000-$100,000 per annum. You will oversee multiple restoration projects from start to finish, coordinating field technicians, subcontractors, insurance adjusters, and clients. You will be the key point of contact to ensure all projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to industry standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage restoration projects involving water, fire, mould, storm, and biohazard damage.
- Oversee and coordinate the work of field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Serve as the main point of contact for property owners, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders.
- Develop accurate estimates, budgets, work orders, and project timelines.
- Track progress, monitor quality, and ensure compliance with IICRC standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections, maintain proper documentation, and deliver timely reports.
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Mentor and support field technicians by promoting best practices and safety.
Requirements:
- Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in disaster restoration, construction, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of IICRC standards, building codes, and insurance restoration practices.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing crews, subcontractors, and multiple projects at once.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations and client concerns professionally.
- Problem-solving mindset and calm under pressure when challenges arise.
- Proficiency with project management software such as Xactimate, Encircle, or similar platforms.
- A valid Alberta driver's license and clean driving record.
- IICRC certifications (Water Damage, Fire & Smoke, Applied Microbial Remediation) is an asset.
- Background in construction management or related technical fields is an asset
