CPA Ontario is seeking a proactive, collaborative, and innovative professional to help shape the member and student journey.
As a Member and Student Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our experience strategy, strengthening Communities, and managing the day-to-day delivery of high-impact programs. Designing innovative programs and benefits that engage members and students, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value.
Coordinating high-profile events — from new member webinars to speaker forums — ensuring seamless delivery and meaningful engagement at every touchpoint.
Curating Community experiences by coordinating awards, building networking opportunities, and evolving cohort programs that foster recognition and connection.
Managing vendor partnerships and member benefits, maintaining offerings like the CPA Ontario Job Board, and enhancing digital presence through promotional marketing content.
Who You Are:
A post-secondary graduate with 3–5 years of program management experience, ideally in professional services, accounting, or a not-for-profit setting.

A clear, persuasive communicator with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable — able to manage multiple priorities, problem-solve effectively, and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
What We Offer:
A fast-paced environment. Collaboration, innovation and passionate professionals are at our core. We relentlessly pursue what’s next to unlock the full potential of you and us together.
Flexible working solutions. As part of our Hybrid work culture, we provide flexible, remote work options to support you in your career, in addition to in-office teamwork and collaboration.
