Hypertec is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Montreal for a short 3-month contract. If you are motivated, collaborative, and aligned with our values, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Contributing

• Prepare supply chain reports related to manufacturing activities in Canada and the USA;
• Coordinate with the Supply Chain Analyst the component inventory requirements across facilities;
• Review and update Last Part In (LPI) schedules on a weekly/monthly basis;
• Create and manage intercompany material orders in SAP , to meet the demand in both facilities to ensure on time delivery and respecting production schedules;
• Advise Buyers of open purchase orders that may impact production schedules;
• Issue completed reports with the Production and Order Fulfillment teams;
• Perform other data entry, reporting and analytical tasks as needed.

What Sets You Apart

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Basic computer skills, including ability to work with Excel, Word and Outlook;
• Previous related experience is an asset (supply chain, manufacturing, or administrative support);
• Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously;
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry;
• Good communication and collaboration skills;
• Willingness to learn;
• Experience with SAP is an asset.
