Role Description This is an on-site Chiropractor role based in Whitby, ON, offered as a contract position. The Chiropractor will provide thorough assessments, diagnose musculoskeletal conditions, and deliver evidence-informed chiropractic treatments tailored to each patient’s needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing spinal and joint adjustments, developing individualized care plans, documenting clinical findings, and monitoring patient progress. The role also involves collaborating with other members of the multidisciplinary team, educating patients on injury prevention and lifestyle modification, and maintaining high standards of safety and professional ethics.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in the spine and musculoskeletal system, with the ability to assess and treat a range of neuromusculoskeletal conditions. Strong foundation in chiropractic medicine and clinical reasoning, grounded in current best practices and evidence-informed care. Proficiency in performing safe and effective chiropractic adjustments and related manual therapies. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills, with a commitment to inclusive, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive care. Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree and active licensure in good standing with the appropriate regulatory body in Ontario. Professional liability insurance and adherence to all provincial and clinic policies, procedures, and documentation standards. Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to integrated treatment planning. Experience in private practice or multidisciplinary clinical settings is an asset; familiarity with electronic medical records is beneficial.
