ABOUT STUDIOFLOW

At StudioFlow, we build long-lasting partnerships with dance studios across North America looking for year round, predictable growth. ABOUT THE ROLE

At StudioFlow, Account Managers are the primary point of contact and the face of the company for our clients. You own the client relationship end-to-end, translating campaign performance into clear strategy and guidance while executing the day-to-day campaign, creative management, and CRM work.

Success in this role comes from leading confident, collaborative conversations with clients through both strong results and rough patches, spotting opportunities in the data before clients ask about them, and keeping focused on what matters most for each account.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Advertising Management

Build, launch, and manage Meta advertising campaigns for assigned studio accounts, monitoring daily performance and adjusting targeting/budgets under the Account Manager's direction Support Google Search advertising campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy drafting, and bid management Flag underperforming campaigns and test audience/budget adjustments to improve cost-per-lead

Creative Content Management

Write creative briefs for the design and video editing team based on campaign goals, seasonal themes, and client brand guidelines Manage the ad creative revision workflow; routing drafts for feedback, tracking versions, and keeping production on schedule Coordinate with designers and video editors on continuous ad testing and creative refreshes

Post-Click Optimization

Build and maintain landing pages and funnels for client campaigns Test layouts, copy, and offers to improve conversion from click to trial/enrollment Set up and manage automated workflows (email/SMS nurture sequences, lead follow-up, CRM triggers) to move leads through the funnel without manual intervention

Reporting And Client Management

Own the client relationship end-to-end, serving as the primary point of contact and the face of the company across the majority of client interactions Lead regular client check-ins, strategy calls, and business reviews via video call and email, delivering performance updates and adjusting plans based on results Build and compile campaign data into clear, actionable client dashboards and monthly/quarterly reports Translate performance data into insights and recommendations, proactively flagging optimization opportunities before clients ask Navigate healthy, collaborative conversations during both strong performance and underperformance, keeping trust intact through the peaks and valleys Manage day-to-day client requests and troubleshoot issues quickly, looping in internal teams as needed Build rapport across all levels of a client's team, from day-to-day contacts to senior stakeholders Anticipate client needs and communicate proactively rather than reactively, setting the tone for a responsive, dependable partnership

WHO YOU ARE

You are comfortable leading conversations about wins and areas of opportunity with business owners, and enjoy building plans and strategies to continue growing their business.

You are a critical and creative thinker. You can develop campaign strategies that work towards achieving client’s business objectives.

You are a self-driven curious problem solver. You can look at a campaign's numbers, spot what's not working, and bring a fix to the Account Manager.

You're comfortable moving between ad platforms, creative briefs, and CRM workflows without losing sight of the bigger picture.

You’re eager to join a fast-growing, small team with big plans for the future. And excited about the opportunity to become a leader as we continue to build our team.
