About the role
Position Overview:
Lambert Nemec Group is partnering with a respected and innovative organization in their search for a Regional Controller. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced finance professional to make a meaningful impact to a growing organization, overseeing accounting and finance operations for multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial data
-
Oversee the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, including consolidations and variance analysis
-
Develop and maintain robust accounting systems and controls, ensuring compliance
-
Act as a main point of contact for audits and ensure compliance throughout the process.

Lead a team, with the expectation to offer guidance, mentor, and oversee performance of more junior accounting staff
-
Provide operational insights that could have a positive impact on the accounting function in terms of efficiencies and overall improvements to standard operating procedures.
Requirements:

Extensive experience in financial management and accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment
-
CPA designation required
-
Proven ability to manage financial operations and lead accounting teams
-
Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities
-
