We help our clients find industry experts who can provide their knowledge via interview or survey: we curate this knowledge in a market-leading software platform; and we help clients surface knowledge they already have through expansive knowledge management.

What is a Surveys Associate?

Our clients have a need to gather information and market research that they can’t find on a simple google search, information that only exists in the minds of industry experts. As a Survey Associate, your primary responsibility will be to source and vet these subject-matter experts from across the globe to participate in client surveys that you create.

Partnering with our clients to understand their needs, you’ll identify the most relevant professionals, leveraging both our AI-driven expert platform and utilizing professional networking sites and other online resources to ensure each survey has the highest quality participants.

This is a high-impact, fast-paced role with significant exposure to senior stakeholders within the business.

The key duties for this role will include:

  • Working in partnership with the wider Survey team (across AMER + EMEA) to ensure a robust & successful Survey experience to all clients and experts
  • Receive and understand client briefs that cover a wide range of industries, markets, and regions.
  • Source relevant experts globally using our proprietary platform, and other external recruiting tools
  • Evaluate expert profiles through pre-screening questions, screening calls where necessary and background research to assess fit for the survey
  • Communicate directly with experts to confirm authenticity, relevance, and willingness to participate
  • Maximize conversion from sourced profiles to completed survey responses to ensure client deadlines are met
  • Update and maintain expert data in our core platform, ensuring accuracy and relevance of information.

Some additional elements for the role to consider before applying include:

  • Start Date: Monday March 16th

  • This is a permanent role, paying a total salary range of $50,000-63,000CAD per annum, as a combination of both fixed & variable earnings.

  • This is a hybrid role, featuring Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays at our downtown Toronto office, which are set days across the entire company and non-negotiable.

  • You will need to be currently legally authorized to work in Canada, and specifically, Ontario, for this role. proSapient cannot offer sponsorship or visa support of any kind.

Requirements

The key skills needed for this role include:

  • a bachelors degree OR relevant experience in a market research or business related field.
  • A proactive, results-oriented self-starter who takes ownership and consistently drives value for clients
  • Strong communicator — confident reaching out to professionals, engaging stakeholders, and navigating conversations with clarity and professionalism
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach (LinkedIn and other tools) to identify and connect with the right experts
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Solutions-focused problem solver who can think critically and adapt when processes are evolving
  • Confident and resilient, with the tenacity to thrive in a performance-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative team player who works with integrity and is equally comfortable operating independently
  • Coachable and growth-oriented, open to feedback and continuously looking to improve
  • Bonus: Experience sourcing participants for quantitative market research or conducting professional outreach.
