The Opportunity:
- Prospect Sell and Manages National Chain and Key accounts; Responsible to be the primary contact; Works in a professional manner with team members to ensure the best interest and to support operations
- Maintains strong client relations through active communication, resolving problems, attending meetings and tradeshows; Identifies trends and determines client satisfaction and improvement
- Assists in increasing the Company’s market share of profitable National Chain and Key accounts; Assists with developing plan and coordinates the growth of existing National and chain accounts; Assists with the acquisition of new National and chain accounts
- Assists with training and marketing material for new and existing team members
- Ensures all paper work is properly completed when being handed in for assigned clients; Keeps complete up-to-date files on all assigned accounts
- Ensures that all assigned clients are made aware of all available “value added services” and are presented such options in a professional manner; Ensures all ‘add on’ product and equipment requirements are being met for assigned clients
- Ensures all assigned audits, inspection reports and summaries are completed as required for assigned clients
- Communicates to appropriate Branches client concerns the same day received by the client; Follows up with Branches to ensure concerns are resolved to the complete satisfaction of the client; Records as to the date received, nature of the concern, and responded to, the name of the person reporting the concern and the team member assigned to respond to the concern
- Ensures that all assigned clients are well informed of all pertinent incentives, promotions and educational benefits offered through the Company
- Assists the the sales process as needed; Ensures all presentation materials are complete for Sales Advisors for the introductory meetings and subsequent visits; Contributes as a sales team member when deemed beneficial
- Assists with collections from assigned clients as requested
- Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned; Ensures that work area is clean, secure, and well maintained; Attends and participates in seminars and professional conferences; Maintains knowledge in relevant field at all times

Type of skills required:
- Fluent English and/or French; Written and verbal communication, interpersonal and support skills
- 3 years’ sales experience required
- 3 years’ in a service industry
- Strong organizational, time-management and multi-tasking ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
- Able to use all related hardware and software
$50,000 (Position qualifies for commission on top of base salary).
