THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and Reigning Champ is growing with it. As a member of the Digital Department, you will lead and execute our digital marketing strategy, driving performance across key channels & platforms.

THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager/Manager, Digital Marketing, you will:

  • Own the strategy and execution of key digital channels, namely, CRM (Email, SMS, Push), Paid Social, Paid Search & Programmatic, as well as testing emerging channels across social, DOOH & Display.
  • Develop a robust media-mix modeling strategy, ensuring spend is distributed across key channels, looking to diversify the Reigning Champ channel mix to deliver efficient customer acquisition, retention, whilst balancing long-term brand growth, with direct response revenue goals.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy with seasonal CPA targets for each market and platform.
  • Build a test/learn culture, to ensure we are driving incremental growth with each new initiative.
  • Monitor and measure platform performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to ensure alignment with business goals and strategy.
  • Oversee full management of all media spend, ensuring budget targets are met across platforms and markets.
  • Oversee coordination, delivery, and deployment of the marketing campaign calendar to support brand, merchandising and marketing objectives.
  • Increase customer retention metrics through effective use of customer analytics, personalization and segmentation
  • Develop and manage a full-funnel CRM/Loyalty strategy, utilizing RFM insights to drive decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the Brand team to ensure all campaigns are on-brand, adhere to platform best practices, and align with campaign objectives and targeting.
  • Establish and maintain a robust testing framework to optimize campaign structures and uncover winning combinations.
  • Lead and mentor our growing in-house digital team, focusing on their development and enhancing their technical platform knowledge.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Manager/Manager, Digital Marketing, has:

  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
  • A sense of urgency executing job responsibilities, prioritizing urgent and important work
  • An understanding and a passion for the industry in which we operate

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
