Tasks
- Work with premium-quality meats sourced from local producers.
- Offer excellent customer service and prepare custom orders with care and precision.
- Help market our house-made products: marinades, pulled meats, stocks, foil packs, and more..
- Collaborate with our in-house artisans to craft ready-to-eat meals.
- Minimize waste and equipment damage.
- Apply and comply with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Carry out all other related duties.
Job requirements
- 3 years of butchery experience (an asset) or strong experience in the kitchen.
- Strong French skills to communicate with the team and customers.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods.
