About the role

Hello. It’s nice to meet you. If you’re looking for a challenge, you’ve come to the right place. We can’t promise where you’ll go, but we do promise no two All Weather journeys are the same because no matter who you are or where you come from, we’re all building something. Every single one of us. Whether it’s a home, a career, a family or a future, we’re all searching for growth. This is our story too. For more than 45 years, we’ve built the All Weather Group into the largest privately owned and operated window, door and glass manufacturer in the country. But in some ways, we’re just getting started.

Are you ready for this? At the All Weather Group, leadership isn’t about titles — it’s about ownership. You’ll be empowered to think strategically, act decisively, and drive meaningful impact across markets.

We’re seeking an accomplished Division Manager to lead and scale our Multi-Family business across assigned regions. This senior leadership role carries full accountability for revenue growth, operational excellence, customer experience, and overall profitability.

Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Division Manager sets the strategic direction for the division and ensures seamless alignment across sales, estimating, project execution, operations, and customer care. This role is both visionary and hands-on — building market presence while ensuring disciplined execution.

What You’ll Be Responsible For Business Leadership & Strategy

  • Own regional revenue, gross margin, project performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Translate corporate strategy into actionable regional business plans aligned with multi-family growth priorities.
  • Develop and manage annual sales forecasts and operating budgets.
  • Establish measurable KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Market Expansion & Sales Performance

  • Lead and execute a regional growth strategy to expand market share within the multi-family segment.
  • Develop, mentor, and elevate high-performing sales teams.
  • Strengthen executive-level relationships with developers, architects, general contractors, and consultants.
  • Drive CRM discipline, pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and opportunity management.
  • Oversee quoting accuracy, contract execution, pricing strategy, and risk mitigation.

Project & Operational Excellence

  • Provide executive oversight across the full project lifecycle — from contract award through completion and service.
  • Ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration between sales, estimating, operations, and installation teams.
  • Support contract negotiations, scope management, and pricing strategies that protect margin.
  • Align installation and service capacity with sales growth to maintain delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as senior escalation point for complex customer or operational matters.

Leadership & Culture

  • Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional teams to achieve both business and personal growth objectives.
  • Set clear performance expectations and hold leaders accountable to results.
  • Foster a culture grounded in safety, accountability, collaboration, and performance.
  • Champion employee engagement, succession planning, and leadership development across the division.

Are you built for this? We Hire As Much For Mindset As We Do For Experience. You Take Ownership, Make Decisions With Confidence, And Elevate The People Around You. Here’s What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of progressive senior leadership experience across sales, operations, project management, or general management within complex, project-based environments.
  • Proven strategic leadership capability — able to translate corporate direction into clear, executable plans that drive measurable revenue growth, market expansion, and sustained profitability.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, margin optimization, and performance analysis. Confident in using data and KPIs to guide decision-making and ensure accountability.
  • Deep expertise in contract administration, pricing strategy, negotiation, and risk management, with the ability to balance growth objectives with disciplined operational execution.
  • Experience within construction, windows and doors, manufacturing, building materials, or related industries preferred; multi-family or large-scale construction project leadership considered a strong asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through complexity — aligning sales, estimating, operations, and service to deliver seamless project execution and exceptional customer experience.
  • Executive-level relationship builder with the ability to influence developers, architects, general contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to expand market presence and strengthen partnerships.
  • Proven people leadership strength, including building, coaching, and retaining high-performing teams while establishing clear performance metrics and a culture of ownership and accountability.
  • Strong communication and influence skills, capable of engaging teams at all levels of the organization and fostering collaboration across functions.
  • Solid knowledge of health & safety systems, regulatory compliance, and operational governance best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Construction Management, or a related field preferred; MBA considered an asset.
