What You'll Do Join the Strategy & Operations team to support execution of core business workflows. You’ll work cross-functionally to build systems that track outcomes, streamline processes, and enable faster decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update internal databases (Notion, project trackers, activity logs)
- Support meeting prep by capturing action items and outcomes
- Analyze project data to highlight progress, blockers, and trends
- Draft simple reports and dashboards for leadership visibility
- Assist with process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Will Bring
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication and ability to collaborate across teams
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
- Proactive mindset with willingness to “own” projects end-to-end
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Notion or other project management tools
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Interest in biotech, healthcare, or technology operations
- Prior internship or project experience in business operations, consulting, or analytics a plus
