Since our launch in 2002, we’ve expanded to become Western Canada’s premier commercial vehicle outfitter and are recognized throughout North America. We are now looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Manager of Supply chain, Sourcing and Inventory, to contribute to a strong Operations team.

  • Sourcing. Manage Vendor Performance & Risk; Expand Vendor network; Landed cost analysis; Support Sales Team with project costings and timeline negotiations; Work with Design to drive New Product Introduction Plan; Support with New parts setup and structure;
  • Purchasing. Lead & assist the purchasing team (1 report) ensuring daily objectives and priorities are met; Setup of min/max/reorder points; Setup EOQ; Maintain purchasing schedule; Setup and maintain KPIs;
  • Logistics. Oversee development and management of Freight vendors; Support customs requests;
  • Inventory control. Monitor receiving process; Lead the annual cycle count plan; Inventory management (aging, valuation, substitutions, adjustments, new launches/drops, RMAs, RTVs etc);
  • Leadership. Assist in the development, training, and adherence of the department policies & standards to support growth; Lead continuous improvement within your team;

Your Experience

  • Proven record of tracking and improving results in quality and cost reduction
  • You have a proven method for developing vendor relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, logistics companies, cross border LTL freight, freight claims management
  • You have set up the process and been responsible for the execution of inventory cycle counts
  • Strong Understanding & Experience of Customs & CUSMA requirements, HS Classifications, Tariff mitigation strategies
  • Advanced Excel user and experienced with a wide ranger of ERP systems & software
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational planning skills; team player with collaborative working style
  • Automotive/Mechanical background considered an asset
  • 7+ years in leading a team
  • 7+ years’ experience in purchasing related role
  • First Aid Training certificates considered an asset
  • Successful candidate must complete a criminal background check
