CBI Home Health is looking to hire Operations Supervisor in Moncton.

What you will do:

  • Supervise and provide direction to staff
  • Assist in ensuring that Direct Support Staff are scheduled inthe homes in accordance wth the funding guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Clinical, Operations Managers and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst where applicable to develop monthly activity recreational plan.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical team to ensure follow through on contracted services, including the Individual Support Plan (ISP)/ Plan of Care (POC), and Behaviour Support Plan (BSP) protocols.
  • Assist in ensures adherence to policies and procedures

What you will need to be successful:

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 year of experience in a supervisor or leadership role in a service-focused organization
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working directly with clients with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnosis
  • Demonstrated patient-centred focus with a commitment to providing quality care.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Secondary Education or certification in Health, Business, Health Administration, or related field

  • Strong knowledge of the health care system, and experience in home and community care
