Summary Of Responsibilities
Reporting to and supporting the Treasury Manager, the Treasury Associate is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operational cash management, bank reconciliation, and general cash/loan accounting.
Key Duties And Responsibilities

Assist with all operational cash activities, including daily cash reporting, managing loan borrowings and repayments, posting cash receipts, executing PAP/refund files, and overseeing monthly intercompany settlements. Provide support for select accounts payable functions such as vendor maintenance in SAP, performing bank account verbal confirmations, and entering or verifying vendor payments in both the bank and SAP systems. Additionally, manage the company-wide credit card program.

Month-end responsibilities include reconciling sales company and finance company bank accounts, analyzing and reporting bank loan interest, preparing realized and unrealized FX hedge entries, and reviewing intercompany activity to resolve variances. Consolidate bank loan data, hedging information, and cash balances to meet monthly and quarterly reporting requirements.

Support collections analysts, credit analysts, and operational management in their daily activities related to the Retail Finance business. Responsibilities include tracing payments and performing monthly bank reconciliations to ensure the loan management system is aligned with bank records. Support various treasury functions through ad-hoc projects as needed, including internal and external audits, J-SOX requirements, and initiatives related to ERP system implementations (S4, D365). Responsibilities also include entering forecasts and annual budgets into SAP and preparing management reports.

Experience in an accounting, treasury, finance, or banking environment

Familiarity with banking platforms and treasury systems Future plans to obtain a professional designation (e.g. CPA, CTP, CFA)
Expected salary range: $50,000 - $60,000/per annum
Although base salary for this position falls within the above posted range, final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
