What the job involves

• You’ll use your finance toolkit daily - partnering with CFOs and senior finance leaders to operationalize planning, forecasting, and decision-making on a modern platform. If you’ve built models, owned forecasts, supported boards, or driven operating plans, this role lets you scale that impact across a portfolio of high-growth companies while shaping a product you’ll be proud to put your name on
• Executive exposure and influence: You’ll work directly with CFOs and finance leaders, shaping how they plan, forecast, and communicate
• Operator’s impact at portfolio scale: Apply the rigor you’ve used in models, variance analysis, and scenario planning to dozens of real businesses
• Analytical depth + product leverage: Bring your judgment to thorny modeling questions while influencing the product that powers the work
• Career velocity: Build cross-functional muscles and help define a function early - a strong platform for leadership growth
• Partner with the C-suite and finance leaders. Be the primary point of contact from onboarding through ongoing adoption, building trusted relationships that drive business and financial outcomes
• Own an end-to-end book of 40+ customers. Lead onboarding, enablement, frontline support, and account management to ensure smooth adoption and measurable impact
• Become a Runway expert and coach for outcomes. Guide customers on how to use the platform to support their operating cadence and decision-making, and champion product capabilities that unlock value
• Be the technical point of contact. Support integration implementation, troubleshoot formulas, and propose creative modeling solutions that keep customers unblocked and moving
• Work cross-functionally. Partner with product and sales to refine our pre- and post-sales experience and deliver a cohesive customer journey
• Be the Voice of the Customer. Synthesize insights from your accounts to influence the roadmap and improve how we deliver value
• Help build the function. As an early team member, shape how a world-class Customer Experience team operates
