What You Will Do The Receptionist plays a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient office environment. This position is responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, coordinating local meetings and events, and overseeing the general upkeep of the facility space.

Ideal candidates will be able to: Front Desk Management

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Facility Coordination

  • Monitor and maintain office cleanliness and organization.
  • Liaise with building management and vendors for maintenance and supplies.
  • Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are tidy and well-stocked.

Meeting & Event Support

  • Coordinate logistics for in-office meetings, including room bookings, catering, and AV setup.
  • Assist with planning and execution of local office events and team activities.
  • Maintain calendars and schedules for shared spaces.

Administrative Support

  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires (e.g., desk setup, Badging process, welcome kits).
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or office coordination role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office technology.
  • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
