Job Description

As an Asset and Equipment Coordinator, you will coordinate daily fleet and equipment tasks. You will use your strong knowledge of requisitions, acquisitions, inventory control, tracking, utilization and asset deployment to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

What would you be doing?

  • Coordinate daily fleet and equipment tasks, including vehicle assignments and access, repairs, and logistics.
  • Oversee annual certifications and inspections for regional equipment and tools and maintain National Safety Code compliance by maintaining driver logs.
  • Track, maintain, and deploy tool crib inventories, ensuring availability and accountability of tools and equipment.
  • Assist with facilities maintenance, including inspections of cranes, rigging, fire extinguishers, and other equipment.
  • Support tool replenishment and condition checks to ensure tools are available and in good working order.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in fleet and equipment coordination, logistics, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of maintenance and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with task prioritization, multi-tasking use of timelines, time management techniques and customer service skills.
  • Effective attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Capable of maintaining a high level of integrity, confidentially and accountability.
  • High degree of accuracy with Microsoft Office Suite software.

Additional Information
