About the role

Education: College/CEGEP. Tasks: Coordinate the flow of information within the team. Evaluate daily operations . Open and distribute mail and other materials. Plan and control budget and expenditures. Plan and organize daily operations. Establish and implement policies and procedures. Determine and establish office procedures and routines. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Answer electronic enquiries. Compile data, statistics and other information. Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems. Provide customer service. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks. Computer and technology knowledge: Sage Accounting Software. MS Excel. MS Word. Quick Books. Google Drive. Electronic mail. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Attention to detail.
