About the role

We’re looking for a Project Account Executive to drive new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and ensure tailored solutions that meet client needs. This role blends strategic sales execution with hands-on client engagement, perfect for someone who enjoys building lasting partnerships while hitting ambitious targets. You will be conducting consultations and collaborating with internal teams for successful project delivery. A mix of strategic thinking, excellent communication, and on-the-ground client interaction will be key to your success.

Sales Operations & Target Achievement

  • Pursue new business opportunities using targeted strategies.
  • Manage and update opportunities in HubSpot CRM with accuracy.
  • Follow up on quotes and projects to maximize conversions.
  • Review sales performance with management and adjust strategies based on data and market insights.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to drive business growth.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries with accurate product and service information.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication and proactive engagement.
  • Share client feedback with internal teams to enhance service quality.
  • Develop strategies to strengthen partnerships and address recurring concerns.

Customer Solutions & Space Consultation

  • Conduct client consultations to assess needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Measure spaces and provide specifications to the design team.
  • Coordinate with the design team to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
  • Keep clients updated on project progress and gather post-project feedback for improvement.

Team Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

  • Participate in daily huddles and scheduled team meetings to align priorities and share updates.
  • Collaborate to resolve client challenges and exchange best practices.
  • Foster a positive team culture through active knowledge sharing.

Travel & Client Visits

  • Manage travel logistics to prioritize high-potential opportunities.

  • Assess the impact of in-person meetings on sales progression and refine approach accordingly.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client account management.

  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

  • Proficient in CRM software (HubSpot experience is a plus).

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultation skills.

  • Comfortable with travel and client site visits.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
