Owner Operator / Dry-Bulk Products
Harmac Transportation is a prominent bulk carrier that joined the Seaboard Transport Group in 1998. As part of a family-owned group of companies, the members of Harmac Transportation work together as a team filled with transportation enthusiasts on the road, on the ground, and in the office. Join us today as we are currently hiring Owner Operators based in Calgary, AB.
Positions Available
- Owner Operator Regional / HWY
The regional highway work involves travelling between Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia, using super-b (b-train) trailers to haul dry bulk product. The candidates are expected to sleep in their trucks for the duration of their schedule (70 hours), 5 days on and 2 days off.
What you can bring to Seaboard Transport:
- Valid Class 1 License
- 2 years minimum verifiable Class 1 experience
- Safe driving background – verified via driver’s abstract
- Fluid/bulk hauling experience is an asset
- Super-b / B-train experience
- Recent White Heavy specs truck with sleeper (5-year-old max)
- Must be Able to pass a drug test
- Criminal background check
- Able to lift 70 LBS
