Position Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Analyst, Security Resilience and Reporting to support and advance LifeLabs’ cybersecurity maturity and resilience initiatives. This is a hybrid role based in Toronto, where you’ll play a key role in assessing cyber maturity, tracking progress against strategic initiatives, and delivering meaningful insights to leadership.
In this role, you’ll coordinate enterprise cyber maturity assessments, maintain and evolve cybersecurity roadmaps, and deliver regular reporting on performance, risk, and resilience. Working closely with teams across Cybersecurity, IT, and the business, you’ll help strengthen our overall security posture by translating complex data into clear insights, actionable recommendations, and measurable outcomes aligned with industry frameworks and organizational priorities.

**What You’ll Do:**Cyber Maturity Assessment & Governance:
- Coordinate and support annual cyber maturity assessments using recognized frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001).
- Collect and validate data, assess control effectiveness, and consolidate findings.
- Identify capability gaps and provide actionable recommendations to improve cyber maturity.
Cyber Maturity Roadmap & Tracking:
- Maintain and update the enterprise cyber maturity roadmap based on initiative progress.
- Track and report on roadmap milestones, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Partner with IT and business stakeholders to support timely delivery of initiatives.
Cyber Resilience Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with GRC, Security Operations, and Threat & Vulnerability teams to produce regular dashboards and reports.
- Monitor and communicate KPIs and KRIs to leadership.
- Identify and escalate risks, gaps, and deviations from planned milestones.
What You'll Bring:
- 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT risk, governance, or related roles, including experience supporting or delivering cybersecurity programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Hands-on experience with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF and ISO 27001.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations, risk management practices, and incident response processes.
- Experience with security monitoring tools (e.g., DLP, IDS/IPS) and infrastructure-as-code environments (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, GitLab).
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) is an asset.
- Knowledge of privacy legislation and IT compliance requirements.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear, executive-ready reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries is considered an asset.

What We Offer:
Salary range: $81,431 - $103,825 CAD annually (commensurate with experience)
