Our service department is the heart of our operation, and we’re looking for a professional, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Client Liaison (Cash Office Support).

The Service Client Liaison plays a key role in supporting both our customers and service team. The primary responsibilities include cashing out service customers, handling incoming phone calls, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and enjoys working with people.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist customers with payments.

• Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism.

• Support the service team with scheduling and admin tasks.

• Help create a seamless, positive customer experience.

• Provide exceptional customer service Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays required

What You Bring:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Experience in customer service or cash handling (an asset).

• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
