Job Description We currently have an opening for an Administrative Assistant in our Calgary office. This position will involve a range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of our Indigenous & Regional Infrastructure team. As the ideal candidate, you are an excellent communicator with effective organizational skills, and an exceptional work ethic. Your abilities will be strengthened through the variety of activities and projects with which you will be involved. This position will also provide you with autonomy as you will be required to complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing reports, project tender documents, specifications, proposals, and letters in accordance with our standards.
- Maintaining project files in our corporate records management database.
- Providing a variety of administrative assistance to team members.
- Assisting with various office and project related responsibilities, and general administrative duties as required.
- Supporting other members of our team.
Job Requirements
What you will bring:
- 2+ years of progressive administrative experience.
- Strong capabilities in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other office software.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Highly detail oriented and accurate.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Graphic design skills, including the use of InDesign, or other graphic design software, is an asset.
- Prior experience in the consulting engineering industry is an asset.
