NOC Code 6552 Your Role: As a Media Expert, you’ll be the go-to point of contact for our Creators, helping them build their brands and achieve success on social media. Your day-to-day includes:

Educating Creators on platform strategies and technology

Analyzing trends and key metrics to drive success
-
Managing relationships with :300 partners, supporting them through calls, emails, and outreach

Presenting tailored solutions to help partners grow their brands Basic Qualifications:- 1+ year of customer service experience

High School Diploma or equivalent
-
6+ months in Marketing/Social Media/Sales or internship in these fields
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
A passion for social media and customer service Preferred:- Social media experience
