Yoh has an immediate, 12 month contract opportunity, as a Client Operations Coordinator within the Financial industry to join our client, OnSite, to report to their office in Toronto, ON $20-21/hr. max hourly rate 37.5 hours a week, Monday-Friday You must have a strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy What You Will Be Doing Support Senior Account Managers with the day-to-day administration of corporate client accounts. Set up and maintain client enrollment portals, registration links, and account records. Process enrollments and assist with client requests and account updates. Monitor and respond to inquiries through shared mailboxes and Salesforce. Assist with contract administration, billing coordination, and invoicing processes. Prepare reports and track client activity, enrollments, and key account milestones. Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Support to ensure a positive client experience. Maintain accurate records and data across multiple systems.

Who You Are

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 0-2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, customer service, or coordinator role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Customer-focused with a positive, team-oriented attitude. Experience with Salesforce, CRM systems, contract administration, or invoicing is a plus. *** Experience in financial services, education, professional development, or a similar industry and/or exposure to client support, account coordination, or business operations a big plus.***
