Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Drums Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drum performance and music theory, with a passion for teaching students of all levels.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Conduct drum lessons tailored to students’ skill levels and learning styles. Teach proper drumming techniques, rhythms, and music theory. Foster a positive and creative learning environment to inspire students. Prepare students for performances, exams, and recitals. Communicate progress and goals clearly with students and their families.
Education And/or Work Experience Requirements
Strong background in drum performance and music theory. Proven experience teaching drum lessons to students. Ability to adapt teaching methods for diverse learners.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
Degree in music or equivalent professional experience.
Demonstrated expertise as a drum performer and teacher.
Proficiency in reading sheet music and advanced knowledge of music theory.
