This role involves spending your full shift in a temperature-controlled Freezer environment, where the temperature typically ranges between -18°C and -28°C. We ensure that our teammates receive proper training so they can confidently provide excellent customer service to our customers every time they visit Career growth opportunities with a strong “promote from within” philosophy providing advancement opportunities for all levels Bi-weekly pay - Direct Deposit Safety vest provided on the first day RRSP benefits Exciting incentive and rewards programs Responsibilities: Work exclusively in the Freezer Department, handling frozen products Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to locate and pick items for customer orders Build and assemble customer orders accurately and efficiently Verify the accuracy of picked orders and ensure that all picked orders are properly labeled and staged for shipping Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient working environment Collaborate with other team members to meet daily production goals Repetitive lifting of items up to 50lbs Requirements: Safety shoes (Must be steel-toed) Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center is an asset Proficient in order-picking techniques and procedures Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a bonus Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lifting heavy objects as required Excellent organizational skills to prioritize work effectively Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Available Shift(s) Offered: Shift: Sun, Mon, Tu, Thu, Fr: 8am-4pm Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 per hour Pay: $12.00 -$19.00 Hourly If an hourly or salary range is included in this ad it represents the range 7-Eleven in good faith believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
