Join a great team as a Shipping Coordinator, where you will be responsible for outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. You will coordinate with carriers, validate export documentation, optimize packaging processes, and manage information in the ERP system. This key role will allow you to collaborate with internal and external teams while adhering to international and customs standards in a dynamic environment that fosters your development.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare orders (packing list, packaging, labeling)
• Pack products and oversee shipping processes in collaboration with carriers
• Complete administrative documentation for both national and international shipments
• Update shipping and inventory information in the ERP system
• Act as an intermediary between production and the commercial operations team
• Perform intercompany transfers (preparation/shipping and transactions)
• Verify the compliance of outgoing equipment, including labeling and accessories. Operate an electric pallet jack
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure their success and timely delivery to customers
• Perform any other related tasks as required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma + training in logistics, supply chain, or order fulfillment (an asset)
• Proficiency in computer tools
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Strong communication skills (customer service)
• Versatility, adaptability, and responsiveness to changing operational needs
• Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy packages and equipment, including repetitive operations

Salary: From $22 to $28 per hour, depending on experience Hours: Daytime, Monday to Friday (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) Status: Temporary with potential for permanent position
