Essential Skills: Work in Mobile Endpoint Squad responsible supporting Microsoft Intune InfrastructurePerform incident diagnosis, troubleshooting and escalation for end user issues.Deploy mobile services, tools, and applications required for Microsoft Intune.Optimize and hand-off of work to Level 2 offshore team.Be the owner of the problem and change management processes.Create operational support documentation.Skills required:Experience with Mobile device management with MobileIron, Microsoft Intune, Blackberry, AirWatch or similar platform in a large enterprise Strong grasp of IT infrastructure fundamentals (networks, databases, load balancers, IT security)Automation and integration experience using PowerShell, Perl, Python, or ShellStrong knowledge of mobile operating systems iOS and AndroidStrong understanding of basic networking concepts and internet protocolsAbility to work well in a team and independently.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in a highly visible fast paced enterprise environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desirable Skills: Experience with Office 365 and Intune App protection policiesKnowledge in computer and mobile security conceptsBasic development knowledge on iOS and/or AndroidExperience in networking, load balancers and firewalls

The fundamental modules covered by BM-Cloud are accounting, inventory management, purchasing, sales, and HR/payroll systems.
