Description The Associate Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting and helping to execute marketing strategies for the Canadian market. Specifically, the individual will collaborate with the channel leads to execute Go-To-Market strategies and tactics that strengthen our brand and product adoption.

This person must be customer-centric, a self-starter with proven ability to execute and work independently. She/he must work effectively cross-functionally, with sales, product management, clinical education, legal and external partners.

Role expectations

  • In collaboration with the Channel marketing leads, implement go-to-market strategies and commercial marketing efforts to expand market share and pursue growth targets.
  • In collaboration with the Channel marketing leads, create & execute product launch plans.
  • Lead digital & email communication to customers, including creation, localization and translation.
  • Manage a range of projects that support our strategic and tactical efforts including the localization and translation of customer-facing marketing materials (brochures, emails, web pages, trade advertising, etc.)
  • Conduct campaign reporting and analysis that evaluates campaign/communication performance, response rates, registrations, and all campaign variables
  • Plan and execute key dental conferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute on projects, programs, and campaigns
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies/vendors and stakeholders across the NA organization, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
  • Other responsibilities, projects and duties may be assigned as required

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of marketing or related experience, dental or medical device marketing preferred
  • Prior experience in medical/dental marketing or sales preferred
  • BSc or BA required
  • Digital marketing experience an asset
  • Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering results and an ability to inspire the same for their team.
  • Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills
  • A demonstrated proficiency in the use of Project Management Software, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and create solutions to meet those data driven needs
  • Effective communication skills (written, oral, & presentation
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work cross functionally with individuals in an organization and understand their needs/motivations and manage complex cross-functional projects
  • Self-motivated problem-solver and thought-leader with strong strategic and thinking skills; a positive winning attitude, with the ability to maintain composure in stressful and uncertain situations.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada

Pay Transparency If provided, base salary or wage rate ranges are the range in which Align reasonably expects to set a candidate’s pay for the posted position. Actual placement depends on the individual skills and experience level of a candidate plus the total compensation and equity across team members. For other locations outside of the primary location, the base salary range will be adjusted geographically.

For Field Sales roles, the salary listed is the base pay only and does not include the applicable incentive compensation plan. A cost of living adjustment may be added to base pay for higher cost areas in the U.S.

Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
