The mission we are proposing:
Under the supervision of the Compliance and Quality Manager – Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring quality throughout the process of introducing new products. Your role will be to ensure that manufacturing and production requirements are met, while collaborating with internal teams and external customers to ensure compliance, satisfaction and meeting deadlines.
An overview of your new position
- Ensure quality at every stage of the new product introduction process.
- Review and validate documentation received from customers to ensure compliance with standards.
- Coordinate testing and pilots, ensuring that all required equipment is available.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external clients to move projects forward.
- Contribute to the respect of deadlines and the smooth running of launches.
- Actively participate in the validation and launch of new products.
You are the ideal candidate if you have
- A Bachelor of Science degree valid in Canada;
- At least 3 years of experience in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or a related industry;
- A good command of the Office suite;
- Bilingualism in French and English, both oral and written;
- A strong customer focus and excellent communication skills;
- Autonomy, rigor and good organization;
- An analytical and critical mind.
