About the role
Who you are
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in hardware, manufacturing, or deep tech environments
- Experience with either hardware and/or manufacturing hiring is a must
- Track record of building pipelines from scratch and finding passive candidates through creative sourcing strategies
- Experience supporting corporate or operations searches (for example, finance, supply chain, people ops, facilities)
- Exposure to robotics, ML/AI, or research hiring is a plus, not a requirement
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever experience preferred)
- Strong ability to build trust with hiring managers and candidates alike
- Excellent sourcing, research, and outreach skills with curiosity to experiment and improve
- Capable of managing multiple searches across disciplines with speed, creativity, and precision
- Clear, proactive communicator with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment
- Inclusive, thoughtful, and collaborative - you value different perspectives and know how to build trust

What the job involves
- This is a 6-month contract with a high probability of extension
- We are building the future of Physical AI for general-purpose robots, and to do that, we need exceptional people across every discipline. That is where you come in
- As a Talent Partner, you will play a key role in scaling the teams that make our groundbreaking technology possible. You will take the lead on select searches across hardware (mechanical, electrical, firmware, controls), manufacturing, and other critical corporate and operational functions that keep our organization running smoothly
- You will partner closely with hiring managers, shape search strategies, and find creative ways to engage top talent. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys building pipelines from scratch, and is energized by tough searches in hard-to-reach talent markets
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding handoff
- Partner with hiring managers to fill hardware, manufacturing, and corporate roles efficiently and thoughtfully
- Source creatively and proactively, going beyond job postings and LinkedIn to uncover talent through alternative channels such as industry communities, conferences, lab networks, technical forums, and direct outreach
- Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout every stage of the process
- Maintain organized, data-driven workflows in our ATS (Lever) and collaborate closely with the broader People & Talent team
- Bring structure, curiosity, and continuous improvement to how we hire as we continue to grow
