Title: Inside Sales Representative (Bilingual – English/French)
Location: Open to candidates residing in Brampton, Toronto, Laval, Calgary or Edmonton
Type: Hybrid; in-office 4 times a week to start
Work Hours: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm for Ontario/Quebec candidates; 8:00 am – 4:00 pm for Alberta candidates

Position Summary
As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you will be the first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries across Canada. You will connect with small business customers via phone, chat, email, and web, understand their needs, and confidently guide them through our Small Business Program.
You will handle transactional SMB opportunities end-to-end such as answering questions, preparing quotes, and completing intake — while routing larger or more complex opportunities to members of our Business Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career who enjoys customer interaction, problem-solving, and closing straightforward deals in a fast paced, inbound environment.
This is a national, bilingual role, requiring fluency in both English and French.
Candidates may be based in one of the following office locations — Brampton, Toronto, Laval, Calgary, or Edmonton.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the primary contact for inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and web.
- Qualify inbound leads and determine fit for the Small Business Program.
- Complete SMB transactions end-to-end, including quoting and intake.
- Escalate larger or complex opportunities to the Business Development Team.
- Clearly explain services, next steps, and requirements to customers.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations for smooth handoffs.
- Identify basic cross-sell or upsell opportunities when appropriate.
- Share feedback on customer trends and common questions to help improve the program.
Qualifications
- College diploma or University degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or B2B inbound/outbound sales in a high-volume environment preferred.
- Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) is required.
- Experience working in a performance driven sales environment with targets, KPIs, or quotas is considered an asset.
Job Knowledge and Skills
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent listening and problem‑solving abilities.
- Aptitude for identifying simple upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.
- Ability to engage customers across multiple virtual channels (phone, email, chat, web).
- Working knowledge of IT equipment, ITAD processes, and recycling is an asset.
- Experience working with CRM systems and documenting customer interactions.
- Effective collaboration skills when working with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success teams
- Ability to adapt quickly, stay organized, and multitask efficiently.
