About the role

About AlayaCare

At AlayaCare, we're more than just a fast-growing SaaS company, we're a team of people passionate about transforming home healthcare. Our cloud-based platform empowers care providers around the world to deliver better outcomes for their clients.

With 550+ employees across Canada, the US, Australia, and Brazil, we're united by a shared mission and a strong culture of transparency, growth, and human connection. Whether you're early in your career or a seasoned expert, AlayaCare offers the opportunity to grow your impact, your skills, and your career.

About the Role

As an Agentic Implementation Consultant, you will lead end-to-end implementations of AlayaFlow Agentic AI for homecare organizations. You will guide customers from early discovery and outcome definition through configuration, pilot, testing, and broader rollout—helping teams shift from reactive processes to agentic workflows with measurable impact.

You'll operate at the intersection of operations, analytics, change management, and product configuration, translating ambiguous ideas into working, repeatable solutions that frontline teams actually use.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end implementations

  • Run structured discovery to understand customer workflows, pain points, escalation paths, and decision criteria.
  • Define clear, measurable outcomes and baseline metrics for each engagement.
  • Configure and test AI agents through pilot deployments, monitoring performance and iterating quickly before broader rollout.

Drive stakeholder alignment & change management

  • Align executives, managers, and frontline champions on scope, goals, and success metrics.
  • Act as a trusted advisor—framing options, trade-offs, and recommendations aligned to best practices.
  • Manage resistance, support change adoption, and ensure teams are trained and supported.

Measure and communicate value

  • Run a regular operating cadence (e.g., weekly) to review metrics, surface issues, and agree on next steps.
  • Tell the value story with data: build clear ROI and prepare executive-ready summaries that build confidence in moving from pilot to production and expanding to new workflows or sites.

Build internal scale & feedback loops

  • Capture learnings into reusable templates, checklists, reports, and implementation playbooks.
  • Help refine standard phases, success criteria, and cadences for future implementations.
  • Partner with Product, Professional Services, and Support to feed field insights back into product improvements and internal processes.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (e.g., B.Sc., B.Comm. or equivalent experience).

  • 4–6 years of experience in a customer-facing implementation, consulting, operations, or project-driven role (e.g., Professional Services, Implementation Consultant, Management Consulting, Customer Success with project ownership, Operations Lead, Solutions Engineering).

  • Proven delivery: A track record of leading projects from discovery through rollout with measurable business impact.

  • Project & change management skills: Strong instincts around scoping, planning, risk identification, and stakeholder alignment, with experience supporting change where workflows and roles are evolving.

  • Domain exposure to homecare/home health operations (e.g., scheduling, visit verification, workforce coordination) or adjacent healthcare delivery workflows.

  • Analytical & data-driven mindset: Comfortable working with operational data, defining success metrics, tracking trends, and building simple ROI/value models (spreadsheets and/or BI tools).

  • Executive presence & communication: Able to frame options, explain trade-offs, and make recommendations backed by data; skilled at translating complexity into clear narratives for executives, managers, and frontline teams.

  • Customer-focused judgment: You are customer-obsessed but grounded in what will work operationally and at scale, and you're willing to push back to guide customers to sustainable solutions.

  • Entrepreneurial, builder mindset: A self-starter with a bias for action who enjoys creating frameworks, templates, and processes where none exist. Experience launching passion projects, side ventures, or building solutions from scratch is a strong asset.

  • Technical & product aptitude: High comfort with modern SaaS tools; able to quickly learn configuration screens, with a solid understanding of basic JSON structures, system behaviour, integrations, and API logic.

  • Experience implementing AI, automation, or workflow engines in operational environments.

  • Startup-style experience leading zero-to-one projects, experimentation, and iteration is an asset.

  • Background with homecare software platforms (e.g., AlayaCare or similar) is an asset.

  • Bilingual in French and English is an asset.

  • Exposure to formal change or project management frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, PMP, Agile); related certifications are considered an asset.
