What You Will Be Doing
Develop realistic internal medicine case scenarios covering diagnosis, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making Produce expert-level reference responses aligned with current standards of care Evaluate and score written clinical outputs using structured review frameworks Deliver precise written feedback to improve quality, accuracy, and reasoning consistency Participate in calibration and onboarding sessions to ensure evaluation alignment
Who We Are Looking For
Physicians with strong expertise in internal medicine or related subspecialties Board-certified, board-eligible, or actively licensed medical professionals Clinicians with strong evidence-based reasoning and written communication skills Professionals comfortable reviewing nuanced clinical scenarios and complex case evaluations Individuals who value precision, consistency, and high standards of medical judgment

Compensation: Competitive hourly compensation
Work style: Fully remote and asynchronous
