Our client is a leading Canadian service provider in the transportation, distribution, courier and small-package logistics sector. They are hiring an Inside Sales Executive – Hunter to be based in the Milton - Mississauga – Brampton – Etobicoke, ON area. This role is focused on building new business through proactive prospecting, high-volume outreach, and consultative sales activity. This requires 5 days a week in office. This job requires sales on the phone and will NOT involve going to customer locations
The role will involve
Making 50–75 outbound calls daily to create new sales opportunities.
Prospecting new business through phone, email and virtual meetings
Building relationships with decision-makers and identifying customer needs. Maintaining an accurate CRM pipeline and following up on active prospects. . Bilingual Call Centre Sales Rep (French – English) will have hands-on business development experience in a fast paced call center setting ideally in transportation, distribution, courier, small-package logistics or a similar B2B service environment. Bilingual French and English communication skills are mandatory, with no exceptions. Candidates should bring strong cold calling, CRM, relationship-building and time management skills. Experience with Salesforce, social selling and solution-based sales is preferred.
Qualified candidates already in the Milton - Mississauga – Brampton – Etobicoke area able to work 5 days on site with experience generating new business, prospecting accounts, maintaining a sales pipeline and selling B2B services are invited to forward their resumes in MS Word format to Preeti.Dayal@hays.com .
