About The Role
What if your clinical trial management expertise could directly shape how AI understands one of the most complex and high-stakes fields in the world? We're looking for experienced Clinical Study Managers to help oversee the operational execution of clinical research as part of cutting-edge AI model development — ensuring studies are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for seasoned clinical operations professionals who thrive on keeping complex, multi-workstream projects running smoothly.

Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep projects consistently on track Oversee study budgets, financial forecasting, and spend tracking across multiple vendors and research partners Coordinate with CROs, investigative sites, and internal teams to ensure seamless study execution Identify operational risks early, resolve issues proactively, and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle Apply your real-world clinical expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated content and outputs related to clinical research
Who You Are
Experienced in clinical trial project management, with a strong command of budgets, timelines, and milestones Skilled at managing vendors, CROs, and external research partners across complex trial operations A natural coordinator — you keep multiple workstreams moving without letting anything fall through the cracks Detail-oriented and systematic, with a high standard for quality and accuracy Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
Nice to Have
Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation workflows Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation platforms Background spanning early-phase through late-phase trial operations Experience working across therapeutic areas or global study teams
