Community First Solutions is seeking Dining Room Servers to join our teams at our senior living and healthcare communities located in Hamilton, Ohio. As a Dining Room Server, you’ll play an essential role in creating a welcoming, resident-centered dining experience. You’ll be responsible for delivering meals efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized dining environment, and providing friendly, compassionate service that makes residents feel valued and cared for. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building connections with older adults, thrives in a hospitality-driven setting, and takes pride in making every meal a positive experience. Pay: $14 - $16 per hour, based on experience Schedule: As needed Locations: Berkeley Square - 100 Berkeley Drive, Hamilton 45013 Westover- 855 Stahlheber Road, Hamilton 45013 Jamestowne - 1371 Main Street, Hamilton 45013 Requirements: Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening Friendly, positive attitude and passion for serving others Ability to follow instructions, special diets, and portion controls Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety 16 years of age or older If you take pride in your work and want to make a real difference for residents every day, apply today and join our culinary team at Community First Solutions!
