About the role
As a Product Owner on the Back Office Product team, you will play a vital role in the Support and Development of current and future products for Lone Wolf Technologies.
Your main focus will be to provide PSCOE services for Back Office. Ensuring that Customer Reported issues have enough information to properly deliver the expected results for resolutions. You will assist with resolving issues in the data wherever possible.
As part of our R&D team, you will also be responsible for drafting technical documentation, validating requirements, enhancing user stories for Developer consumption, process designs, UI mockups and use cases.
Working with Product Management, you will digest business needs, refine/scope documentation, and review technical specifications.
