We are presently looking for a student to assist in our Print/Mail and Bookstore departments on a part-time basis for May-August. This person must be attending high school or post-secondary in the fall.

Key Responsibilities

Duties for this position will include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with printing needs in print shop
  • Use of printing equipment to fulfill print requisitions
  • Ability to prioritize print requests
  • Assist with warehouse/recycling/shredding
  • Assist with mail/courier, sorting & processing mail/packages
  • Pickup & delivery of mail/packages
  • Provide adequate coverage to the bookstore
  • Assist with day-to-day operation of the bookstore when necessary

Job Requirements

  • An ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Potential for travel between campuses to assist in busy times
  • Training will be provided

Additional Information

This is a AUPE Student appointment on the Vermilion campus commencing May 1, 2026 and ending August 14, 2026.

Wage: $15.00 per hour plus 11.2% for vacation/stat holiday pay.
