As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.
Schedule- Mon-Fri 0700-1500 hrs
Location- N1H 7T8

##Responsibilities for Tactical Security Supervisor
- Lead, supervise, and support the security team during assigned shifts
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations at the site
- Conduct briefings and ensure team understand expectations.
- Ensure all security personnel follow company policies, site instructions, and remain updated on procedures
- Monitor, deter, and respond effectively to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety standards and compliance
- Complete detailed daily activity logs and incident reports
- Perform additional related duties as required while demonstrating strong leadership, professionalism, and sound decision-making skills
- Access Control, Patrols, CCTV, Vagrant Removal
##Qualifications for Tactical Security Supervisor
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last.
- Excellent leadership skills
- 1 year of experience in security and team management.
- First aid certification mandatory
- Hold a valid security license
