Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk L.C.L. Excavation (2006) Inc. Scoudouc, NB | Full-Time | In-Office
L.C.L. Excavation is seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk to join our office team and support municipal infrastructure projects across New Brunswick. This role is primarily focused on accounts receivable, with opportunities for cross-training and exposure to other administrative and accounting functions in a professional, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare, issue, and track customer invoices
- Assist with construction progress billings, statutory holdbacks, and supporting documentation
- Follow up on outstanding receivables
- Maintain accurate AR records and support month-end reporting
- Provide reception coverage, including phones, visitors, and general inquiries
- Assist with basic payroll data entry, verification, and reporting support
- Cross-train and provide backup support for Accounts Payable (AP) and Admin
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as required
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in accounts receivable or accounting administration
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfort working with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Bilingual (French/English)
Bonus: Experience with construction progress billing and statutory holdbacks.
