What You’ll Do 1-on-1 Coaching: Guide students targeting Equity Research roles (sell-side or buy-side) Recruiting Insight: Share perspective on navigating ER interviews, stock pitch rounds, and modeling assessments Technical Preparation: Provide feedback on financial models, valuation work, and earnings analysis Research & Thesis Development: Help mentees structure investment theses and write high-quality stock pitches
Who We’re Looking For Professionals with experience in Equity Research (Sell-Side or Buy-Side) Current or former Research Analysts, Associates, or VPs Strong background in valuation, financial modeling, and earnings analysis Clear communicators who can teach structured thinking Detail-oriented and consistent in providing actionable feedback
