Senior Information Technology Manager
About the role
We're seeking a hands-on Senior Manager, Information Technology to lead infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, and IT support operations across multiple sites in Canada and the U.S. This role is ideal for a proven IT leader who enjoys building teams, improving processes, and driving technology transformation in a fast-paced operational environment.
What You'll Do
Lead IT infrastructure, network operations, cybersecurity, cloud services, and service desk functions. Build, mentor, and develop a growing IT team, including hiring key leadership positions. Standardize processes, documentation, and technology environments across multiple locations. Drive security, disaster recovery, and operational improvement initiatives. Partner with business leaders to execute a multi-year IT roadmap while remaining hands-on when needed.
What We're Looking For
10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations, and support. Experience leading technical teams and managing enterprise IT environments. Strong expertise in networking, Windows infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and service desk management. Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, or other 24/7 operational environments is highly preferred. A hands-on leader who can balance strategic planning with execution.
