We are seeking a skilled drafting technician to join our team. You will be responsible for creating and interpreting technical drawings and plans using CAD software. Your attention to detail and ability to interpret specifications and sketches will be crucial to producing accurate, precise drawings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in drafting and CAD software.

• Create detailed 2D drawings

• Create and QC cut lists to job requirements

• Review and analyze technical documents and drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Make necessary revisions to drawings as required

• Utilize software such as Bluebeam and AutoCAD

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all drawings

• Maintain organized records of all drafts, revisions, and project documentation

• Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure accuracy

Bluebeam MS Excel AutoCAD

• Experience as a drafting technician or similar role is an asset
• Diploma in Engineering Design Technology or equivalent is an asset.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of drafting techniques and principles
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to interpret technical documents and drawings
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
